As one of the historic pre-war buildings in the Jackson Heights Landmark District, The Belvedere is located in one of the most ethnically diverse areas of the country. Residents enjoy the opportunity to join local civic groups, attend services in the area’s many houses of worship, watch parades, including Halloween, down 37th Avenue, and sample a wide variety of cuisines from around the world —
